  • Abdominal massage is a deeply nourishing practice that blends a variety of techniques from traditional healing arts such as Maya Abdominal Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, and Ampuku.

    The primary focus of abdominal massage is to release adhesions affecting the internal organs and surrounding structures within the abdominal and pelvic cavities.

    This method promotes optimal organ placement and restores the flow of blood, lymph, nerve impulses and vital life-force energy to the area.

  • Spinal Flow Therapy is an experiential process that uses mindfulness, somatic awareness, personal insight, and human connection to access the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal.

    The gentle, non-invasive Spinal Flow® Technique is designed to locate and release blockages in the spine caused by stored emotional, physical, and chemical stress or trauma.

    By contacting specific points along the spine, this method works by fostering mind-body awareness, improving nervous system function, engaging the breath, and prompting a wave-like motion along the spine— a natural, involuntary movement that may occur when the body is adjusting itself to release tension and stress.

    This process enhances the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, nerve impulses, and vital life force energy which can have profound effects on your overall wellbeing.

    Sessions are 30 minutes.

  • This technique uses barefeet as a manual therapy tool to apply slow, sustained, oblique, and high-friction contact for the purpose reorganizing the fibrous fascia tissue in the body.

    Utilizing the feet allows for a broader surface area to engage with the muscles and fascia with deeper levels of pressure.

    This method creates a unique, grounding sensation that is unlike any other.

    Sessions are 90 minutes.

  • A full-body massage that utilizes familiar techniques such as compression, gliding, kneading, light stretching, and acupressure. Gentle shaking and rhythmic rocking are incorporated to deepen relaxation and add a soothing element to the experience. You’ll leave feeling profoundly relaxed, centered, and revitalized.

    The purpose of this massage is to relax, relieve surface tension, and enhance body awareness. Not intended as treatment for a specific injury or condition.
